Mousse Cakes

Mousse cakes are multi layered desserts that come in a heart or round shape. This kind of cake usually consists of a dacquoise (fancy word for a nutty sponge), crunchy layer with nuts, waffle or puffed rice, fruity insert and mousse all covered by mirror glaze of almost any colour.

These cakes are very complex and take a lot of time to make, so bookings in advance are required. 

Heart shaped mousse cake $50 (500g) serves 4-6 people 

Round mousse cake $80 (1kg) serves 8-10 people 

At the moment only one flavour is available. 

All of the mousse cake options contain nuts and gelatine. Gluten Free option is available upon request.
